Description
These are not the fruitcakes of grocery-store shelves. Each one is layered with generously candied cherries, folded with whole toasted pecans, and kissed with warm spice — then topped by hand, one nut and cherry at a time. Slow-baked in small batches and rested to deepen in flavor.
